2. Mechanical parts lubrication maintenance
The hydraulic system should be regularly replaced with standard model hydraulic oil. Lubricant should be added to the chain-driven parts every quarter to ensure the synchronization of the puller. Special attention should be paid to cleaning up the corrosion residues such as calcium carbide sludge that erode the metal components.
3. Running parameter monitoring
Keep the clamping force within 140kgf/cm2 to avoid deformation of the filter plate; monitor the opening degree of the pressing plate(60-65 cm is ideal) to prevent the sealing failure. After the machine stops,the pressure must be completely released to extend the service life of the clamping cylinder.
