Product Description
MBBR is a kind of sewage treatment method that add some media to increase biomass and biological
species,then improve the efficiency of treatment. It adopted special carriers to make microorganism which adheres to carrier grow
largely with the help of aeration or mixer,and it effectively removes the organic pollutant materials of sewage.
The carriers are made of a material with a density close to the density of water (1 g/cm3) and suitable for microorganism
growing.Under aerobic conditions, the rising buoyancy of the air bubble pushes the filler and the surrounding water body to flow
through the air flow and the void of the filler. At the same time, the filler is fully stirred and mixed with the water flow,
which increases the contact time between biofilm and oxygen, improves oxygen transfer efficiency and promotes the decomposition
and removal of organic matter. Under anaerobic and anoxic conditions, water flow and filler flow fully under the action of
submersible mixer, so that biofilm and pollutants to be treated are fully in contact, so as to achieve the purpose of removal.
