Product Description

Horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge horizontal screw centrifuge for short, it is a kind of horizontal screw unloading, continuous operation, high efficient centrifugal separation, settling equipment. Can generally be divided into horizontal screw centrifuge filtering horizontal spiral centrifuge and horizontal spiral sedimentation centrifuge. Horizontal screw centrifuge suitable for industrial and civil sewage treatment process of sludge dehydration, but also widely used in chemical industry, light industry, pharmaceuticals, food industry, environment protection, etc.

Features

The decanter centrifuge can be adjusted to suit individual requirements by varying:

1. Bowl speed to ensure the exact relative centrifugal force required for optimized separation. 2. Differential speed, for optimized balance between liquid clarity and solids discharge capacity. 3. Pond depth in the bowl for optimized balance between liquid clarity and solid dryness.

Work Principle

While drum and spiral are rotating fast with a certain differential speed, material are introduced into transporting spiral internal cylinder continuously from feed pipe, then enter into drum after speeding up. The heavier solid phase matter would deposit on the drum wall and form sediment layer under the role of centrifugal field. Transporting spiral will push the sedimentary solid phase content to the cone point of drum continuously, and discharge out of the machine from slag-drip opening. The lighter solid phase matter form lining liquid loop, and overflow out of drum from main opening, then discharge out of machine from drain connection. This machine can complete feeding, separating, washing and discharging continuously while working at full speed.
