2. Gas release, flocculated sewage, after full reaction, the dissolved gas system releases dissolved gas vesicles, floc attachment, floating.
3. Solid-liquid separation, in the slag scraping area, floating floc group, is scraped away by the scraper, water from the overflow mouth.
4. The sludge and the floc scraped out are put into the sludge thickening tank for pressing.The specific process is as follows: First, the raw water is lifted to the air float through the lifting pump in the regulating tank. After passing through the coagulation zone, some coagulants are often added to the coagulation zone, such as aluminum salt and iron salt, common polyaluminum chloride, polyferric sulfate, etc., after mixing, it enters the flocculation zone; The coagulant aid polyacrylamide is added to the flocculating area, and then mixed into the mixing area. The container system starts to release microbubbles through the release device, and the reaction alum will adhere to the microbubbles and float upward with the bubbles. The floating scum will enter the reaction zone and reach the scraping zone. Through the scraping plate action of the slag scraper, the scum above is scraped to the collection area, while the water is discharged through the pipeline, and the bottom sediment and scum are sent to the sludge thickening tank through the pipeline for sludge dehydration.
